Cancellation Policy
No shows or appointments cancelled less then 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit & will be charged 50% of the service price. Appointments cancelled same day or no showed will be charged 100% of service price. Appointments MUST be confirmed 48 hours prior to the appointment. A text is sent 72 hours in advance in which you can choose to confirm or cancel your appointment. In certain cases, a 10 minute grace period is given if I am notified that you are running late ahead of time. If past the grace period time, you’re appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a no show and the cancellation fee will apply. Please remember to be respectful of everyone’s time and if needing to cancel or reschedule to do it with as much notice as possible. Thank you. ♥️
