My name is Ani Alcala, I am a Licensed Aesthetician located in Yuma, Arizona. I specialize in lashes, facials & waxing. My ultimate goal is to make all my clients feel beautiful and to leave satisfied with their service! •Please note, it is the client’s responsibility to become aware of all policies, when making an appointment you are accepting all terms and conditions• CASH ONLY when paying for the remaining amount of your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No shows or appointments cancelled less then 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit & will be charged 50% of the service price. Appointments cancelled same day or no showed will be charged 100% of service price. Appointments MUST be confirmed 48 hours prior to the appointment. A text is sent 72 hours in advance in which you can choose to confirm or cancel your appointment. In CERTAIN cases, a 10 minute grace period is given ONLY if I am notified that you are running late ahead of time (must be notified, no exceptions. This allow time to make accommodations). If past the grace period time (9min mark) your appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a no show and the cancellation fee will apply. Please remember to be respectful of everyone’s time and if needing to cancel or reschedule to do it with as much notice as possible. Thank you. ♥️
